• To provide affordable micro-credit facilities towards livelihood projects by grass root women.
• To facilitate acquisition of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills for effective involvement in livelihood projects.
• To strengthen capacity of grass root women to participate in economic, social, and governance.
• To support access to markets for products and produce from women’s livelihood projects.
• To support the growth of small scale livelihood projects by women into large scale enterprises

Current activities: These include; Table banking, skills development and merry go round. Future Activities: Livestock rearing, Financial services, economic empowerment 2.1. Specific targets of SMILE WOMAN OF AFRICA will be: (a) Women empowerment programs; (b) Mobilization of women into solidarity groups; (c)Basic education and trainings on agri-business, and entrepreneurship; (d) partnership and leadership development. 2.2. Areas of operation will include, But not be limited to: Busia County; Matayos Sub county, Funyula Sub county, Bunyala Sub county, Butula Sub county, Namabale Sub county, Teso North Sub county and Teso South. 2.3. Primary services will include, but not be limited to: Economic Empowerment; Formation of groups; community empowerment and leadership development; Mentoring relationships; Collaboration with international visitors who contribute to community’s goals; Mobilization of local resources in the community.
