- Smile Woman of Africa commits to the following
- To provide thorough induction, training and orientation you need to meet the responsibilities of this role.
- To explain the standard we expect for our services and encourage and support you achieve and maintain them. This will be done through our supervisors.
- Smile Woman of Africa will endeavor to reimburse all your reasonable and official transport expenses, accommodation and out of pocket expenses which you may from time to time incur in the performance of your duties and in accordance with the financial procedure of the organization. However many times you be asked to volunteer your service and recognition of your work done when funds are available.
- Smile Woman of Africa commits to maintaining a healthy and safe working and volunteering environment and provide adequate training and feedback as explained in our volunteer Management policy.
- The organization will ensure that all volunteers are dealt with in accordance with our equal opportunities policy.
- The organization commits to confidential working and volunteering environment and only use information related to you in a lawful matter.
- The organization will try to resolve fairly any problems grievances and difficulties you may have while you volunteer with us.
- To perform my volunteering role to the best of my ability to help Smile Woman of fulfill its mandate to the community.
- To follow the organizations procedures and standards including financial transaction and information dissemination.
- To maintain the confidential information of the organization and others.
- To meet mutually agreed time commitments and standards agreed to except in exceptional circumstances and to give reasonable notice of non-attendance so that other arrangements can be made.
- To attend meetings, inductions and training as necessary.
- To notify my supervisor of any absence and to give reason notice of my intention to leave.
- This agreement may be cancelled at any time by either party and it is not regarded by either party as an employment relationship
